How do I apply discount code to my order?
Don’t we all love discounts! The discount code has to be entered during the check out process. If you forget to add the code we can not add the discount manually so please ensure you apply the code at the check out process. Please note that only 1 discount code can be used per order.
How soon should I expect my COCO BLAKK order to arrive?
All orders is sent via Australia Post Express shipping within Australia with tracking. It can take 2-4 business days. All International orders is sent via Australia Post with tracking. It can take 10-15 business days.
I still have not received my order. What do I do?
Please kindly check your tracking via Australia Post link. If you need further help please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Yes we know you are as excited as us for you to start using your products.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can not cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team. Please be sure to review and confirm your purchase.
What if I put the incorrect shipping address?
You will need to contact us at email@example.com within 60 minutes of placing the order. However we can not guarantee the changes will go through. So please ensure you review your order before confirming purchase.
If your order was sent to incorrect address as entered in your order details we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures.
