We offer FREE Standard International Shipping with tracking to New Zealand for orders over $40AUD

We offer Standard International Shipping with tracking Worldwide for a flat fee of $25AUD.

Please allow 5-15 business days for your parcel to arrive!


Delivery times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control. Coco Blakk will be under no liability to you should delivery not be made within the estimated timeframe for delivery.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Coco Blakk has no control over the range nor the rate of charges, duties or taxes imposed on orders by any countries other than Australia. The Customer accepts full responsibility for payment of any unforeseen charges, duties, levies or taxes that are imposed on orders by virtue of the delivery address being a country outside of Australia. If the Customer refuses to pay these additional amounts, then the Customer’s order should ordinarily be returned to Coco Blakk. Provided that the ordered items are still in their original condition, Coco Blakk will refund the Customer the cost of the purchase after deducting all associated costs. 





-We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days. 

-We may use various freight companies to deliver our products.

-If orders are placed separately, they may be consolidated into a single order and you may need to pay the cost of delivery in respect of each separate order.

 -If products are to be delivered to a person other than you, then you undertake to obtain consent to give their personal details to us. If any details provided by you are incomplete, incorrect or outdated, to the full extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for a failure or a delay in processing an order.

 -You authorise Coco Blakk in its absolute discretion to subcontract delivery of its products. 

-If due to circumstances beyond the control of Coco Blakk, Coco Blakk is unable to affect delivery of its products, then Coco Blakk may cancel your order (even if it has already been accepted) by any form of notice whether verbal or written to you. 

-The risk of loss and damage in respect of its products shall pass to you upon dispatch and if required by law upon delivery of its products to you. 

-You acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delays in delivery or damage to the products during transit or, including direct or indirect loss, consequential loss, damages for loss of profits, punitive loss and loss of opportunity.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we would be more than happy to help you resolve any issues. 

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (as amended). All refunds will be made using the original payment method. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions. 

Returns are valid for a period of up to twenty-one (21) days of purchase.If twenty one (21) days have gone by by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Return shipping charges are to be paid for by you. Any discounts received on your original purchase will be re-calculated when the return is processed. Refunds exclude any shipping charges incurred.


Return Process

To return a product, please contact us via email and include the following information:

-The customer’s full name;

-The date of purchase;

-The reason(s) for return; and

-The tax invoice number or order number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund. You must provide all information reasonably requested by us to assess your claim.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a period of approximately thirty (30) days.

Conditions of Return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund if any of the following apply to your order:

-If you change your mind;

-A product is not returned within a period of twenty-one (21) days following its dispatch; and

-A product is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error on our part.
